I never considered cartography in your palm before, this is really clever. I was thinking at first that this wouldn't be very replayable, but it'd be easy enough to find palms online or even just turn different marks on your hands into different landscapes. If a river is a road this time, or a mountain range, that could be quite a different journey.
You did a great job with the imagery here on the page to explain it, too!
